Bishkek, March 19, 2025. /Kabar /. A telephone conversation took place between Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev and Minister of Foreign Economic Relations and Foreign Affairs of Hungary Peter Szijjarto.
The ministry reported that during the conversation, the Hungarian minister congratulated the Kyrgyz side on the successful signing of the Agreement on the state border between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, emphasizing the importance of this event for strengthening security and stability both in Kyrgyzstan and in the Central Asian region as a whole.
The parties also discussed interaction within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), including preparations for the informal summit of the heads of state of the OTS, which will be held this year in Budapest.
The ministers confirmed the strategic partnership between Kyrgyzstan and Hungary and expressed their readiness to further deepen cooperation in priority areas.
