Bishkek, July 7, 2026. /Kabar/. The Indian business community is showing great interest in opening their representative offices in Kyrgyzstan and implementing joint projects, Chamber of Commerce and Industry reports.

According to the information, Bekturgan Kalybek uulu, representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in India, participated in a major international event organized by the Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO).

During his visit to the states of Gujarat and Maharashtra, he held a series of talks with Indian businessmen, industry associations and representatives of government agencies.

During the meetings, the investment and export potential of Kyrgyzstan was presented, and Indian companies were invited to visit our country to establish direct business ties.

"Indian side is interested in the favorable investment climate in Kyrgyzstan and the support measures provided by the government, as well as the prospects of using Kyrgyzstan as a convenient platform for business development and access to large neighboring regional markets," the report said.

As a result of the talks, the parties agreed to further actively develop Kyrgyz-Indian trade, economic and investment cooperation.
