Bishkek, Oct. 31, 2025 /Kabar/. We must use our most important asset, human capital and build an innovative creative economy to ensure a high standard of living for the population and get out of the middle-income trap, said Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Edil Baisalov during the National Development Forum 2030 on October 30.
According to him, the main drivers will be education, technology, digital skills and entrepreneurial culture.
“Our children must grow up educated and healthy. They should feel confident in the middle of the 21st century, possessing knowledge and skills of the highest class, and successfully compete with their peers in the global community, this is the benchmark set by the head of state and we are uniting our efforts around these goals,” he said.
Baisalov noted that the Altyn Kazyk transformation program is a key element of the plan, this is not only a transition to a 12-year school model, but a radical renewal of the teaching staff, all textbooks and educational materials, the introduction of modern programs tailored to the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s labor market.
“We set a goal to raise a competitive generation in Kyrgyzstan at the global level.
