Bishkek, Sept. 24, 2026 /Kabar/. On the sidelines of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly in New York, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, Jeenbek Kulubaev, held a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Sudan, Muhiddin Salim Ahmad Ibrahim.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the parties exchanged views on pressing issues regarding the international and regional agenda and discussed the state of bilateral cooperation and prospects for its further expansion.
Particular attention was paid to cooperation within international organizations—primarily the UN—as well as to strengthening coordination in areas of mutual interest.
It is noted that the parties emphasized the importance of maintaining regular political dialogue and working contacts between the foreign policy agencies of the two countries, expressing their readiness to continue cooperation to further develop Kyrgyz-Sudanese relations.
