Bishkek, Sept. 29, 2025 /Kabar/. Following the official visit of Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyz Republic to Belarus, a number of documents were signed.
Here is the list:
- Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Belarus on the procedure for the stay of citizens of two states;
- Agreement between the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Sports and Tourism of Belarus on cooperation in physical culture and sports;
- Cooperation Agreement between the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus;
- Roadmap for the development of trade and economic cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Belarus until 2030, envisaging achieving a trade turnover of up to USD 500 million;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus on Strategic Cooperation in Digital Development;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Republic of Belarus on Cooperation in Environmental Protection;
- Agreement between the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus on Scientific and Technical Cooperation;
- Cooperation Program between the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus for 2025-2026;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the National Institute for Strategic Initiatives under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies;
- Joint Action Plan of the National Institute for Strategic Initiatives under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (NISI) and the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies (BISI) for 2025-2026;
- Memorandum of Cooperation between the Zhusup Abdrakhmanov Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus;
- Action Plan for Interaction in Cultural and Humanitarian Cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Belarus for 2025-2027;
- Agreement between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus on Cooperation in Forensic Activities;
- Cooperation Agreement between the Batken Region of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Brest Region of the Republic of Belarus.
