Bishkek, July 24, 2026. /Kabar/. Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce Sultan Akhmatov meets Alexander Subbotin, member of the Board for Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Commission in Bishkek.
According to the department, during the meeting, the parties discussed key issues in the area of technical regulation, as well as improving mechanisms for interaction between Eurasian Economic Union member states.
Particular attention was paid to the development of the technical regulation system in Eurasian Economic Union member states, improving conformity assessment mechanisms, eliminating barriers to mutual trade, harmonizing mandatory requirements, and strengthening cooperation with the Eurasian Economic Commission.
Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in continuing constructive cooperation on joint initiatives aimed at improving the technical regulation system and developing integration processes within the Eurasian Economic Union.
