Kyrgyzstan, Georgia sign eleven documents

Bishkek, June 12, 2026 /Kabar/. In Bishkek, during a meeting between Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov and Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, a package of 11 bilateral documents aimed at expanding cooperation between the two countries was signed.

The documents signed include:

  • Joint Statement by President Sadyr Zhaparov and Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze.
  • Joint Statement by the Leaders of Kyrgyzstan and Georgia.
  • Memorandum of Cooperation in Aviation.
  • Memorandum of Cooperation in State Property Management.
  • Memorandum of Cooperation in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry.
  • Cooperation Program between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs for 2027–2028.
  • Memorandum of Cooperation in Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety.
  • Memorandum of Cooperation in Education.
  • Agreement on the Exchange of Preliminary Information on Goods and Vehicles.
  • Memorandum of Cooperation in Physical Culture and Sports.
  • Memorandum of Cooperation and Mutual Understanding in the Legal Sphere.

As a reminder, Georgian Prime Minister arrived in Kyrgyzstan yesterday. He was met at Manas International Airport by Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev. This is the first official visit by a Georgian head of government to Kyrgyzstan since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
