Bishkek, April 10, 2026. /Kabar/. Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic Gulzat Isamatova held a working meeting with the Indian Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan, Birender Singh Yadav on Thursday.
According to the ministry, during the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of Kyrgyz-Indian cooperation in higher education. Particular attention was paid to practical inter-university interaction and academic mobility.
Medical education and the study of Indian students at higher educational institutions in Kyrgyzstan were also discussed.
Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in further deepening their partnership and implementing specific joint initiatives in higher education.
