Bishkek, July 24, 2026 /Kabar/. On July 23, First Deputy Minister of Education of Kyrgyzstan Mukhtarbek Baimurzaev and Deputy Minister Victoria Mozgacheva met with Lee Soo-yung, CEO of the IT company Lambino in Korea.
According to the Ministry of Education, during the meeting, Mukhtarbek Baimurzaev discussed ongoing reforms in the education sector, including the Ministry of Education's Unified Digital Educational Ecosystem. He also noted that work is currently underway to establish modern testing centers in all regions of the country to assess the knowledge of students, teachers, heads of educational institutions, and other education system employees.
In turn, Lee Soo-yung presented information about the company's activities and experience collaborating with Kyrgyz government agencies.
Furthermore, he expressed interest in collaborating in areas such as developing a plan and key areas for digital transformation, organizing training programs for teachers, preparing online lectures on IT topics, and implementing other joint initiatives.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to review the proposed proposals for digitalization of education and continue discussing prospects for further cooperation.
