Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry Bakyt Torobaev in his speech at the 92nd General Session of National Delegates of the World Organization for Animal Health in Paris noted that significant steps are being taken in Kyrgyzstan to develop the veterinary system.
In other words, the legal framework has been updated in accordance with international standards, epizootic control has been strengthened, disease monitoring and epidemiological information exchange systems have been introduced.
"The Kyrgyz Republic is proud of its environmentally friendly, organic products of plant and animal origin that meet the highest international quality and safety standards. “Our main priority is to promote Kyrgyzstan’s veterinary system and its agricultural products at the international level,” Bakyt Torobaev noted in his speech.
