Bishkek, Aug. 27, 2026. /Kabar/. In Doha, Kyrgyzstan's Ambassador to Qatar Aibek Toktobolotov met with the Chairman of the Al-Shura Majlis (Parliament) of Qatar, Hassan bin Abdullah Al-Ghanim.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the meeting the parties discussed the current state and prospects for development of Kyrgyz-Qatari relations, emphasizing the strengthening of interparliamentary cooperation.
They discussed issues of strengthening interaction between the parliaments of the two countries, including the organization of mutual visits of parliamentary delegations and expanding ties between the parliamentary friendship groups of Kyrgyzstan and Qatar.
As a result of the meeting, the parties expressed their mutual interest in further developing the dialogue and continuing cooperation in the areas discussed.
