Issyk-Kul, Sept. 4, 2026 /Kabar/. Zhorgo salysh (horse race) competitions were held as part of the VI World Nomad Games.
More than 20 horses took part in the competition. Kyrgyzstan took first place.
The competition was held in Kyrchyn as part of the sports program of the VI World Nomad Games.
Zhorgo salysh is a pacing race covering 11,000 meters. Riders must be 10 years of age or older. Horses of all breeds aged three years and above are eligible to participate.
