Bishkek, Aug. 20, 2026 /Kabar/. The Glass Center glass production facility, located in Chui oblast, will be commissioned at the end of August.
According to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, the plant will create 300 new jobs, and its production capacity is expected to be 12,000 square meters per month (more than 144,000 square meters per year).
The plant will produce double-glazed windows and reflective glass.
The project is aimed at providing the domestic market with domestic products, reducing dependence on imported materials, and increasing industrial production.
Furthermore, the opening of the new plant will contribute to the creation of 300 new jobs, increased tax revenue, and the development of the industrial sector in the Chui region.
