Bishkek, July 29, 2026 /Kabar/. The National Investment Agency under the President of Kyrgyz Republic is preparing to launch a state digital platform, "AIS Investments," which will provide a one-stop shop for investment projects. Ravshanbek Sabirov, head of the National Investment Agency told at the Kyrgyz-Uzbek business forum.
According to him, the new digital system will unite investors and government agencies in a single space and will allow for project support at all stages of their implementation.
"Today, we have an updated investment portal powered by artificial intelligence technology, available in 30 languages, an interactive investment map of Kyrgyzstan, and an AI chatbot for investor support. The next step will be the launch of the state digital platform, AIS Investments, which will provide a one-stop shop for investment projects and unite investors and government agencies in a single digital space," Sabirov said.
He noted that the digitalization of the investment sector is accompanied by steady growth in key economic indicators.
"By the end of 2025, the Kyrgyz economy demonstrated one of the highest growth rates in the region – over 11%. GDP reached 1.9 trillion soms for the first time in the country's history. "Foreign direct investment exceeded $1.3 billion, an increase of more than 27%, and fixed capital investment as of July 2026 increased by 64.3%," the agency's director noted.
He noted that over the past three years, 77 investment agreements totaling $12.4 billion have been signed in the country, as well as 55 public-private partnership agreements worth $4.3 billion.
"The investment portfolio of new projects exceeds $23 billion. These figures reflect growing investor confidence and strengthen Kyrgyzstan's position as a reliable and attractive investment platform in Central Asia," Sabirov emphasized.
He also reported that Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov signed the Law "On Venture Financing," which, he said, will be an important step in developing an innovative economy.
"The law will create conditions for supporting startups, IT, artificial intelligence, creative industries, and attracting venture capital investment," he said. According to Sabirov, the National Agency will continue to improve legislation and implement modern investor support mechanisms, creating a more open and predictable investment environment.
