Bishkek, Aug. 21, 2026 /Kabar/. In Istanbul, the Kyrgyz company Qarga Group and the Turkish company ZENA Elektrik ve Enerji A.Ş. discussed cooperation in monitoring energy infrastructure using unmanned aerial vehicles.
According to the economy ministry, Qarga Group presented a self-developed "flying wing" drone designed for aerial monitoring of energy facilities.
The parties considered the possibility of inspecting high-voltage power lines, solar power plants, and other energy facilities in Kyrgyzstan using drones.
They also agreed that Turkish specialists to visit Kyrgyzstan to test the device in the field.
Furthermore, the issue of attracting Turkish investment in Kyrgyzstan's solar energy sector was discussed.
It is noted that if the tests are successful, new opportunities will open up for Kyrgyz unmanned aerial vehicles to export to Turkiye and enter the international market.
