Bishkek, Oct. 29, 2025 /Kabar/. First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Daniyar Amangeldyev held meeting of the republican headquarters to assist CEC in resolving organizational and technical issues in the preparation and conduct of early elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament). During the meeting, reports were heard from the Chairman of the Central Election Commission Tynchtyk Shainazarov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Zheenbek Kulubaev.
As noted, 100 polling stations will be opened in 34 foreign countries for voting by compatriots in the early elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh.
The relevant state bodies are carrying out preparatory work on training specialists and testing technical equipment in number of cities. In addition, work is underway to invite and ensure the participation of international observers. During the meeting, representatives of local authorities on the preparation of the election process also informed about their readiness.
Daniyar Amangeldyev emphasized the importance of ensuring a high level of organization for the early parliamentary elections. The upcoming elections are important stage in the democratic development of our country. Currently, hundreds of thousands of our compatriots work and live abroad. Each of them, as a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, has the right to vote and contribute to the development of our country. Therefore, ensuring their participation in the elections is a direct responsibility of the state. Our main task is to hold the elections openly, legally and safely. It is important that the voice of every citizen is taken into account, and that the work of each polling station is organized at a high level, said Daniyar Amangeldyev.
Following the meeting, a number of instructions were given to the relevant state bodies.
