Ministry of Emergency Situations deploys mobile hospital in Kyrchyn Gorge

Bishkek, Aug. 28, 2026. /Kabar/. A mobile hospital of the Ministry of Emergency Situations has been deployed to the Kyrchyn Gorge, where the VI World Nomad Games will be held, to provide prompt and qualified medical assistance.

According to the department, the hospital consists of 21 vehicles and 31 tents. It includes an operating room, ultrasound examination (ultrasound), X-ray, laboratory, resuscitation unit and mobile pharmacy.

"The hospital will receive 150 outpatient patients per day, allow up to 20 operations and 90 inpatient treatment. There is also an 8-bed intensive care unit," the report says.

Currently, 20 doctors from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and 60 from the Ministry of Health are working on site. In addition, two helicopters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will be deployed at the Kyrchyn Gorge.
