Bishkek, Jan. 26, 2026. /Kabar/. The head of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, discussed the initiative to introduce an electronic mechanism for transferring students from one school to another at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Presently more than 1.5 million children study in 2,170 state and municipal schools in the country.

According to Adylbek Kasymaliev, the process of transferring a student from one school to another is still carried out manually, which creates corruption risks and uneven burdens on schools.

“We have successfully implemented electronic registration for the first grade, which parents are accustomed to. Now it is time to establish a similar procedure with transfers. The system should automatically indicate the availability of vacancies in classes and eliminate the human factor in decision-making. This will ease the burden on the school administration and make the process understandable for every parent,” emphasized Adylbek Kasymaliev.
