Bishkek, Jan. 15, 2026. /Kabar/. Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution on approving the standard charter of state and municipal educational organizations of secondary vocational education. The corresponding decision was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev.
The document was adopted in order to implement the Law “On Education”.
The resolution regulates the activities of state and municipal educational organizations providing secondary vocational education. The charter of an educational organization is developed on the basis of the standard charter and is approved by the organizer (organizers).
The charter of an educational organization may also contain other provisions that do not contradict this standard charter and regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
