Bishkek, March 21, 2026 /Kabar/. Nooruz celebrations are underway in Naryn with the participation of the president.
The head of state, along with First Lady Aigul Zhaparova, tasted sumolok, the dish usually prepared for Nooruz.
The festive event is accompanied by a theatrical entertainment program.
Nooruz is celebrated annually in different regions, rotating between them. In 2022, the celebrations were held with the participation of President Sadyr Zhparov in Batken Oblast, in 2024 in Bishkek, and in 2025 in Osh Oblast.
