Bishkek, Oct. 26, 2026 /Kabar/. Chief of Staff of Osh city hall, Myktybek Osmonaliev met with the Ambassador of France to Kyrgyzstan, Nicolas Fay.
According to the City Hall, the meeting focused on opportunities for the socio-economic development of Osh city and the strengthening of bilateral cooperation.
The parties paid particular attention to expanding ties in the fields of culture, science, investment, and tourism. Discussions were held regarding the implementation of educational initiatives and the study of historical and cultural heritage, including the execution of archaeological projects.
In addition, a proposal was put forward to attract investment to the city and to establish sister-city relations.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further develop their mutual cooperation.
