Over 170 MTS established in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Jan.28, 2025. /Kabar/. 172 machine and tractor stations (MTS) have been established in Kyrgyzstan.

The press service of the republic’s Ministry of Agriculture reported that 59 of them are municipal and 113 are private, with about 3,700 units of agricultural machinery at their disposal.

By regions the distribution of MTS is following: in Naryn Oblast - 27, in Issyk-Kul Oblast - 32, in Osh Oblast - 17, in Batken Oblast - 10, in Chui Oblast - 38, in Talas Oblast - 23, in Jalal-Abad Oblast - 25.

The initiative to organize MTS in the regions providing agrotechnical services is implemented in order to timely provide quality mechanization services to agricultural producers, creating favorable conditions for the development of leasing, modernization and renewal of machine and tractor fleet.
