Bishkek, Oct. 9, 2025. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov arrived in Tajikistan with working visit at the invitation of President Emomali Rahmon.
The national flags of the CIS member states were displayed at the airport, red carpet was laid out, and an honor guard was formed. President Sadyr Zhaparov was met by Tajik Prime Minister Kokhir Rasulzoda and other officials.
During the visit, the head of state will participate in the second Central Asia-Russia Summit and a meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Number of joint documents to be discussed and adopted in Dushanbe, aimed at giving further impetus to practical cooperation within the CIS and within the Central Asia-Russia format.
