Bishkek, Dec. 17, 2025 /Kabar/. This convocation is a special parliament, which has passed the people's vote directly with new laws and new rules. President Sadyr Zhaparov announced this at Jogorku Kenesh.
In his speech, the head of state congratulated the deputies of the VIII convocation of Jogorku Kenesh on being elected to parliament, taking oath to serve honestly in the interests of the people, and starting their activities as representatives of the people.
“I wish you to keep your oaths. I am deeply confident that you will work sincerely for the people and the state,” said Sadyr Zhaparov.
