Bishkek, Aug. 31, 2026 /Kabar/. Presidents of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkiye arrived in Kyrgyzstan on a working visit.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Kyrgyzstan to participate in the regular meeting of the SCO Heads of State Council, the "SCO Plus" summit, and the opening ceremony of the 6th World Nomad Games.
The presidents received a stuffed toys of a snow leopard, the national symbol of Kyrgyzstan and the official symbol of the 6th World Nomad Games.
Kyrgyzstan will chair the SCO in 2026. This year, Bishkek will host a commemorative summit dedicated to the organization's 25th anniversary.
The presidents were met at Manas International Airport by Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan.
