Bishkek, Feb. 19, 2025. /Kabar/. In January 2025, compared to the previous month, all EAEU member countries saw an increase in consumer prices and tariffs.
According to the material of the National Statistics Committee, the increase in prices in Kyrgyzstan by 0.6% is due to their growth in food products by 1%.
In January 2025, compared to January 2024, the highest inflation rate of 9.9% in the consumer sector of the economy was recorded in Russia, where, compared to January 2024, prices for food products (including alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) increased to the greatest extent - by 11.1%.
The maximum increase in prices for non-food products by 8.4% and tariffs for services by 13.8% was recorded in Kazakhstan.
