Rep of Korean company receive awards for contribution to reforming Kyrgyzstan's electoral system

Bishkek, Oct. 17, 2025 /Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaliev presented state awards for significant contribution to reforming the electoral system of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic said. In particular, Jeong Jin-bok, President of Miru Systems Co., Ltd. (Republic of Korea), was awarded the Dank Order and Shygai Tilek, the official representative of this company in the Kyrgyz Republic, was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In his speech, Adylbek Kasymaliev noted that Kyrgyzstan is striving to implement modern technologies that minimize the human factor in electoral systems. This includes the introduction of a biometric registration system and automatic ballot box readers in the electoral process. He also emphasized that President Sadyr Zhaparov has put an end to the use of any kind of administrative resource in elections.

"The Kyrgyz Republic has closely cooperated with the Republic of Korea in this area. Miru Systems' technological solutions (Korea) ensured high accuracy, transparency, and reliable cybersecurity for the elections. The effectiveness and reliability of this system was confirmed during last year's local council elections. "I sincerely congratulate you on your well-deserved state awards and express confidence that our fruitful cooperation will continue successfully," Kasymalievconcluded.
