Bishkek, Oct. 7, 2026 /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov held a telephone conversation today, October 7, with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
Sadyr Zhaparov warmly congratulated Vladimir Putin on his birthday, wishing him good health, well-being, and continued success in his state activities.
During the conversation, the parties noted the high level of allied relations and strategic partnership between Kyrgyzstan and Russia, as well as the steady development of bilateral cooperation.
The head of state also thanked the Russian side for its participation in events within the framework of the SCO and SCO+ formats, as well as in the World Nomad Games.
In conclusion, the leaders reaffirmed their mutual commitment to further strengthening Kyrgyz-Russian strategic cooperation and continuing a trusting dialogue at the highest level.
