According to him, the global financial system is changing today, and steps are being taken to transform Kyrgyzstan into a new economic and investment hub.

"The Tamchy SFIT is becoming one of the first major projects in the country. Looking at global geopolitics, factors are currently emerging that are opening doors for trade. We know the old centers of the 20th century, such as London and New York. However, now, in the 21st century, financial and investment flows are shifting to the Eurasian and Asian regions. For example, the Astana financial center is actively developing in our region. On the one hand, it's our neighbor, on the other, a competitor. We strive to outpace them and make Kyrgyzstan a leading investment hub.

Currently, I see five centers in Asia that are our direct competitors. "Geopolitically, events surrounding Iran cast a shadow on Abu Dhabi and Dubai, increasing risks there. In this context, the creation of the Tamchy financial and investment zone in Kyrgyzstan and the provision of opportunities for investors is our way of asserting ourselves. Therefore, in my view, this is a very good step," the expert noted.
