Bishkek, Nov. 5, 2026 /Kabar/. During the working visit to the Jalal-Abad region, Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers took part in the opening of the "Asman Residence-7" residential complex in Manas city. He also opened 16 other facilities in the region via a remote (online) link.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the head of the Cabinet noted that Manas city is undergoing constant renewal and active development. Today, hundreds of families are receiving the keys to their new apartments.

The "Asman Residence-7" residential complex consists of 12 blocks and comprises 1,065 apartments. The head of the Cabinet emphasized that the state mortgage program serves as a key instrument in making housing as accessible as possible for citizens.

Adylbek Kasymaliev further noted that the head of state has set the objective of transforming Manas city into the country’s second economic hub.

The construction of the China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan railway creates new opportunities to achieve this goal. In the future, the town is expected to become a major center for trade, manufacturing, and transport connectivity, contributing to the economic growth of the entire Jalal-Abad region and the southern part of the country.

"We are building a strong state through strong families," Adylbek Kasymaliev stressed.

In closing, the head of the Cabinet congratulated the new apartment owners on this joyous occasion, expressing his confidence that these homes would provide a solid foundation for their families' well-being.

Additionally, the event included the remote opening of 16 other facilities across the Jalal-Abad region. Among these are an additional building for Jalal-Abad State University, new schools, a medical and obstetric station in Gulistan village, a brick factory in Bazar-Korgon district, sports and cultural facilities in Nooken and Suzak districts, as well as the "Asman-8" residential complex (comprising 600 apartments) in Manas city and the "Asman-14" residential complex (comprising 312 apartments) in Suzak district.
