Bishkek, Nov. 5, 2026 /Kabar/. Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyz Republic participated in the opening of the "Metallstroy" metal structures manufacturing plant in Manas city during the working visit to the Jalal-Abad region. Cabinet of Ministers reports.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, he noted that the country's construction sector is developing rapidly, which, in turn, is driving an increased demand for construction materials and metal structures.
Total of $2.5 million in private capital was invested in the construction of the plant. First year of operation, the facility is expected to produce 1,400 tons of metal structures and will create 50 new jobs. The plant is equipped with modern machinery for laser cutting and metal milling.
"Enterprises like this help reduce dependence on imports and create added value within the country," emphasized Adylbek Kasymaliev.
In closing, the chairman expressed his confidence that "Metallstroy" would play a significant role in supplying the construction sector in Manas and across the entire country—with domestically produced goods, while also contributing to the expansion of production capacity and the growth of export potential in the future.
