Universities of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan expand cooperation

In Dushanbe, within the framework of the Third Forum of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, several documents providing for broad cooperation between the universities of the two countries were signed. In total, more than 60 contracts, agreements, and memorandums were concluded, UzA reported.

The signed documents are intended to elevate interaction between the states in the fields of education, science, and innovation. In particular, they cover issues related to organizing student and faculty exchanges, conducting joint scientific research, hosting conferences and forums, and implementing academic mobility programs.

It was noted that the forum contributes to strengthening cooperation between the higher education systems of the two countries, expanding scientific and educational ties, and creating new opportunities for youth.
