Upcoming Kyrgyz parliamentary elections discussed in Tatarstan

Bishkek, Oct. 31, 2025. /Kabar/. The Consul General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Kazan, Erik Beishembiev, participated in expanded meeting at the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Vasil Shaikhraziyev.

The meeting was dedicated to the organization of early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic, scheduled for November 30 of this year.

The meeting was attended by heads of state and public organizations, as well as representatives of municipalities where citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic live and work.

During his speech, the Consul General informed the participants about innovations in the electoral system of Kyrgyzstan and also announced the opening of two polling stations in Tatarstan.

Heads of relevant departments presented information on the number of Kyrgyz citizens living and working in the region. Following the meeting, the relevant structures were instructed to provide comprehensive assistance in organizing the election process.
