Bishkek, March 4, 2025. /Kabar/. During a working visit to Changsha, Hunan Province (China), Osh Mayor Zhenishbek Toktorbaev and his deputy Sonunbek Zhunusbaev signed a framework agreement on the construction of an eco-technological waste processing plant for the purpose of generating electricity in Osh.

The city administration reported that they also familiarized themselves with the activities of Hunan Junxin Huanbao KG Invest LLC on site.

A feasibility study for this project is currently being developed. Construction work will begin in the coming months.
