Bishkek, Nov. 25, 2025. /Kabar/. The construction of large multifunctional residential complex of a new generation has begun in Bishkek, the State Mortgage Company reports.
According to the information, the total area of the residential complex, which began construction on Dostoevsky street, will occupy 13.55 hectares.
The residential complex consists of 14 blocks:
- 10 residential buildings with 35 floors,
- 4 residential buildings with 40 floors.
The total number of apartments is 4,160.
- 1-room — 1,520 apartments,
- 2-room — 2,400 apartments,
- 3-room — 240 apartments.
These buildings are the tallest multi-storey residential buildings being built in Kyrgyzstan for the first time. The project is being implemented by the State Mortgage Company. Commercial premises with separate entrances are provided on the first three floors of each block and between the blocks. The complex is planned to build 3-level underground parking lot for 4,200 cars. This parking lot will be one of the largest in Kyrgyzstan. There will also be special passages for fire safety and additional above-ground parking. The modern sports center with swimming pool for residents, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball and mini-football fields will be located on the territory of the residential complex.
In order to develop social infrastructure, a school for 750 places and a kindergarten for 280 children will also be built.
As noted by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services Nurdan Oruntaev, the complex fully meets the requirements of seismic stability. All calculations, designs, and safety standards comply with unified standards.
