Bishkek, Oct. 23, 2026. /Kabar/. In Talas city, 9-story residential buildings are being constructed as part of state mortgage program.
According to the city administration, the residential complex consists of 11 blocks and will contain a total of 495 apartments.
"At present, construction is 50% complete, with over 200 workers on-site. The project is scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2027, after which the apartments will be made available to citizens through a mortgage lending program with annual interest rates of 4% and 8%," the statement says.
