Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Kasymaliev gave an exclusive interview to the Interstate Television and Radio Broadcasting Company "Mir." The meeting was timed to coincide with the 35th anniversary of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
According to the Cabinet of Ministers, during a conversation with Irina Flyur, Deputy Chairperson of the Mir TV and Radio Broadcasting Company, the chairman summarized the country's socioeconomic development for 2025. He noted the achievement of macroeconomic stability and sustainable GDP growth and shared ambitious plans for 2026.
Adylbek Kasymaliev revealed the key drivers of Kyrgyzstan's economic growth, discussing fiscal reforms, the digitalization of public services, and major infrastructure projects that will drive the country's development in the near future.
The interview focused on the country's tourism potential. The chairman discussed Kyrgyzstan's investment attractiveness and the implementation of large-scale projects, such as the construction of modern ski resorts and the development of ecotourism. He emphasized that the country is committed to creating world-class service standards to attract travelers from the CIS and beyond.
The interview also touched on personal matters. Adylbek Kasymaliev shared his impressions of his fishing trips, citing outdoor recreation as his main source of inspiration and energy.
As part of the event, Adylbek Kasymaliev also met with Radik Batyrshin, Chairman of the Mir International Television and Radio Broadcasting Company. The two discussed further cooperation in the information sphere and the television and radio company's role in strengthening friendly ties and a unified information space between the CIS member states.
