Bishkek, April 3, 2026 /Kabar/. Adylbek Kasymaliyev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, along with the heads of government and vice presidents of the Organization of Turkic States member states, visited the Heydar Aliyev Center and the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
During the visit to the Heydar Aliyev Center, they toured the museum, where they learned about the activities of the third president of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the history of the Azerbaijani people. They also toured the exhibition halls.
Next, Adylbek Kasymaliyev and the heads of the delegations visited the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum, founded in 1967. The museum's collection comprises over 10,000 exhibits in seven collections: "Pile Carpets," "Lipless Carpets," "Carpet Products," "Artistic Metal," "Ceramics, Glass, Wood, Paper," "Fabric, Clothing, Embroidery," and "Jewelry." The museum is implementing a number of projects dedicated to researching its collections and reviving and teaching forgotten carpet weaving techniques.
