Bishkek, Nov 3. 2025 /Kabar/. Specialists from the department of processing industry and organic agriculture inspected the operations of At-Bashy et kombinaty LLC in At-Bashy region.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, this is the only enterprise in the region engaged in the processing of meat and meat products. The plant produces a wide range of products, including premium canned meat and stewed meat from yak, beef, horse meat, and chicken, canned beef porridge, smoked horse meat, as well as canned fish and fish soup in oil. All products meet quality requirements and have the necessary certificates. The plant's daily production capacity is 300-500 kg of meat for meatballs and 500-1000 kg for dumplings.
Annual processing volumes reach 40 tons of yak meat, 20 tons of horse meat, and 720 tons of beef. On average, the plant processes approximately 60 tons of beef monthly. At-Bashy et Kombinaty LLC is willing to provide product samples upon request and guarantees the high quality of its products.
