Bishkek, April 21, 2025. /Kabar/. Azerbaijan Culture Days has started in Kyrgyzstan.
According to the Ministry of Culture, Information and Youth Policy, the event will last from April 20 to April 25.
The program includes exhibitions, concerts, literary presentations and master classes held in leading cultural institutions of Bishkek. As part of the events, an evening of symphonic music dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the outstanding Azerbaijani composer Uzeyir Hajibeyli will be held. He is considered the founder of Azerbaijani classical music and the author of the first opera in the Islamic world, Leyli and Majnun (1908), as well as the composer of the national anthem of Azerbaijan.
