Bishkek, March 7, 2025. /Kabar/. The event “Women's Leadership That Changed the Era – 100 Years” was held at the Toktogul Satylganov National Philharmonic Hall, dedicated to International Women's Day – March 8.
The event was organized by the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Bishkek Mayor’s Office.
State Secretary Suyunbek Kasmambetov opened the event by reading a welcoming speech on behalf of President Sadyr Zhaparov.
The speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu and Minister of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic Ravshanbek Sabirov also delivered welcoming speeches.
The event was also attended by Mayor of Bishkek Aibek Dzhunushaliev, representatives of government agencies, international organizations and the public.
The speakers noted the significant contribution of women to the development of society, emphasized the importance of protecting their rights, expanding opportunities and creating favorable conditions for self-realization. The event ended with a festive concert, where famous artists and creative groups performed.
