Bishkek, Aug. 24, 2026. /Kabar/. The opening ceremony of the Yrys-Ordo State Congress Center was held in Bishkek today with the participation of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Zhaparov.
The event was attended by Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration Adylbek Kasmaliev, Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Marlen Mamataliev, members of parliament, representatives of the diplomatic corps, and government and public figures.
The total area of the congress center is 14.7 hectares, and the building covers approximately 39,000 square meters.
The center features five halls for various purposes.
The complex includes eight guest houses: one representing Bishkek, and the other seven representing the regions of Kyrgyzstan.
The building is designed to accommodate events attended by top government officials.
The presidential area can accommodate the head of state and 25 accompanying persons.
The Yrys-Ordo State Congress Center is designed to host major state, international, and socio-political events.
