Bishkek, Nov. 24, 2025. /Kabar/. In connection with state-level events, including the meeting of the CSTO Council of Heads of State, temporary changes to the operating hours of certain facilities and traffic will be introduced in the city from November 25 to 27, 2025.
According to the mayor's office, temporary restrictions for vehicles will be in effect on the capital's central streets and along official delegation routes.
Furthermore, during the official events held during the meeting of the CSTO Council of Heads of State, as well as in light of the upcoming elections and the need for educational institutions to prepare for the educational process afterward, including the implementation of sanitary measures, all schools in the capital will switch to online learning from November 25 to December 1. Classes will be held online according to the approved curricula and schedule. There will be no delays in the curriculum.
Classes will resume as usual on December 2. Higher education institutions in the capital will switch to online learning from November 25 to 27.
