Bishkek, Nov. 24, 2025. /Kabar/. The Central Election Commission (CEC) published the final voter list for the early parliamentary elections on the state voter portal "Tizme" (https://tizme.gov.kg/). According to the CEC, the final voter lists for the early parliamentary elections scheduled for November 30, 2025, were compiled by the Kyzmat State Institution under the Presidential Administration based on information contained in the Unified State Population Register (USRP). The final paper voter lists will be posted at 2,492 polling stations by November 25, 2025.
The number of voters on the control list is 4,294,243:
- Men – 2,081,514, or 48.47%;
- Women – 2,212,729, or 51.52%.
By age:
- 18-year-olds – 104,693, or 2.44%:
- 19-35-year-olds – 1,707,851, or 39.77%
- 36-45-year-olds – 923,975, or 21.52%
- 46-55-year-olds – 650,851, or 15.16%
- 56-65-year-olds – 528,771, or 12.31%
- Over 66 – 378,102, or 8.80%.
Central Election Commission reminds voters that they can add themselves to the voter list:
- by calling the short numbers 1255 or 119;
- at the polling station;
- on the website "tizme.gov.kg";
- or by sending an SMS to the short number 119 with their PIN (personal identification number) from their passport. Voters will receive the number and address of their polling station. SMS and calls are free.
