Bishkek, Aug 6, 2026. /Kabar/. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry Erlist Akunbekov visited the "Agro Kush Kemin" production complex being built in Chui region and learned the implementation of the project.
According to the department, the complex includes an incubator, broiler chicken breeding areas, a feed mill with a capacity of 30 tons per hour and a refrigerated warehouse for storing finished products.
After the project is fully operational, the production capacity will reach 15 thousand tons per year, and the volume of feed production will increase to 115 thousand tons. The company also plans to purchase more than 78 thousand tons of corn and wheat from local farmers annually.
Erlist Akunbekov noted that this project will contribute to strengthening the country's food security, replacing imports, creating new jobs, and providing local agricultural producers with a stable market.
