Bishkek, July 20, 2026. /Kabar/. A capsule-laying ceremony for the construction of a new six-story, 19-unit apartment building took place in Osh today. The city hall reports.
According to the municipality, Osh Mayor Zhanarbek Akaev, Deputy Chairman of the Osh City Council Niazbek Nurbaev, city council members, and local residents participated in the ceremony.
The project is being implemented by the Osh City Hall's municipal mortgage company. The new residential complex will have 815 apartments, including:
246 one-bedroom apartments;
494 two-bedroom apartments;
75 three-bedroom apartments.
The ground floor of the building will house commercial space, a kindergarten, and parking.
