Delegation of Kyrgyzstan takes part in 4th Antalya Diplomacy Forum

Bishkek, April 14, 2025. /Kabar/. On April 11-13, 2025, the delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic, headed by First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Asein Isaev, participated in the Fourth Antalya Diplomacy Forum under the theme: «Reclaiming Diplomacy in a Fragmented World».

The Forum was opened by the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. In his address, he outlined the key priorities of his country’s foreign policy, emphasizing the solution of all challenges through diplomacy based on the principles of justice and human relations.  The head of the Turkish state touched upon current issues on the international agenda, including the critical situation in Gaza, the conflict in Ukraine, and other parts of the world.

On the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, First Deputy Minister Asein Isaev held bilateral meetings with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Congo Jean-Claude Gakosso, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ghana Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Rwanda Olivier Nduhungirehe, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Croatia Gordan Grlić Radman, the UK Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Stephen John Doughty, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Nikolo Stojanović, and the Head of the Dutch delegation Albert Gerfeld.

During the meetings, current issues of strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation within international organizations were discussed, and exchanged views on current issues on the global agenda.

The Forum is attended by more than 20 heads of state and government, foreign ministers, as well as heads of delegations from over 150 countries.
