Bishkek, Dec. 10, 2025. /Kabar/. The Central Asian Digital Law Forum is taking place in Bishkek today.
The event is attended by Azamat Zhamangulov, Minister of Digital Development and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic; Dastan Bekeshev, Member of Parliament; Choro Seyitov, Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic; lawyers; startup founders; and others.
Forum objective:
- to provide general picture of the changes occurring in the legal system in the digital age.
- to discuss the key challenges facing practicing lawyers, judges, academics, and other participants in the legal system.
- to find solutions for the legal regulation of new technologies and digital innovations.
- to stimulate the development of digital law as a distinct field of knowledge and legal science.
- to propose recommendations for improving legislation and law enforcement practices.
