Bishkek. Oct.27,2025. /Kabar/. 29 international observers have been accredited for the early elections to the Jogorku Kenesh. According to the CEC, now accredited international observers will be issued with certificates of the established model.
Among the accredited observers are:
Representatives of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) observer mission - 8 people;
Representatives of the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly - 17 people;
Representatives of the Embassy of Belarus in Kyrgyzstan - 2 people;
Representatives of the Embassy of Russia in Kyrgyzstan - 2 people.
The Central Election Commission sent invitations to the election authorities of 47 countries, as well as international organizations - OTS, SCO, CIS, Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), A-WEB and OSCE DRC organizations.
In addition, invitations were sent to international organizations operating in Bishkek, diplomatic missions of all foreign countries accredited in Kyrgyzstan, and international parliamentary associations by Jogorku Kenesh.
