Bishkek, Dec. 5, 2025 /Kabar/. Kyrgyz AI core is fully formed. Following the language model and voice assistant, the first digital AI avatar has been created, High-Tech Park informs.
The creators are the AIRUN project team, who previously presented the LLM and a voice assistant in Kyrgyz. Kyrgyzstan now has three key components of modern AI stack:
- Large Language Model (LLM)
- Multilingual Voice Assistant (ASR + TTS)
- Digital AI avatar with live animation and synchronized speech.
This milestone effectively places the country among countries capable of creating and maintaining its own AI technologies without external dependency.
To create a full-fledged video, simply:
- Upload a photo
- Write text in Kyrgyz or voice it over
The system automatically synchronizes facial expressions, articulation, intonation, and lip movements, transforming a static image into a living character.
To generate a 15-second video, 30 seconds is enough, which is comparable to global models such as Synthesia, Visper, and Creatify. The free version allows you to create videos up to 20 seconds long. The system runs directly in the browser, on both mobile devices and PCs; no additional hardware is required.
To create avatars, AIRUN uses modern animation, speech synchronization, and facial expression generation models used in leading global AI platforms. This allows for a high level of realism and quality comparable to global technological solutions. These approaches are used in world-class products—and are now available in Kyrgyz.

This is the foundation for a future where the Kyrgyz language thrives, develops, and competes on an equal footing,” said Chyngyz Arziev, CEO of the Airun project.
Thus, for the first time in history, Kyrgyz artificial intelligence has become a fully-fledged, independent, and complete technological ecosystem. This is proof that Kyrgyzstan is capable of not only following global trends but also creating its own innovations worthy of an international level.
